Shipping Policy
At Big Chief, we ship all Canadian orders via UPS or Canada Post Expedited Shipping, with rates calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
Order Processing & Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it ships by contacting us at retail@bigchief.ca or calling 403-264-2641.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please use it to follow your shipment’s progress.
Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to Big Chief as unclaimed, you will receive a refund for the product total minus a $5 restocking fee. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable. If this happens, we will reach out to notify you.
We currently do not export outside of Canada.
For your protection, we may hold or cancel any order flagged during our routine security checks.
