Refund & Returns Policy — Big Chief Meat Snacks

Thank you for shopping with Big Chief Meat Snacks. We take pride in providing high-quality meat snacks made in Canada.
Because our products are food items, specific guidelines apply to returns, refunds, and replacements.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Final Sale — No Returns on Food Products
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of edible products, including:
- Opened packages
- Unopened food items
- Beef jerky or any meat snacks
- Promotional bundles that include food
Once shipped, food products cannot be sent back to us, even if unopened, due to strict health regulations.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help.
We will provide a replacement or refund if:
- You received damaged products
- You received the wrong item
- Packaging was defective upon arrival

- A description of the issue
- Photo(s) of the product + packaging

3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it ships by contacting:

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Returned & Unclaimed Shipments
If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:
- You will receive a refund for the product total only
- A $5 restocking fee will be deducted
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
We will contact you if your shipment returns to us.
If you still wish to receive your products, a new order must be placed.
5. Shipping Issues Beyond Our Control
Once your order leaves our facility and is handed to UPS or Canada Post, we are not responsible for:
- Delays
- Missing packages
- Delivery errors
- Weather-related issues
- Carrier disruptions
However, we will assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier when possible.
6. Non-Refundable Items & Fees
We do not refund:
- Shipping charges
- Restocking fees for returned/unclaimed orders
- Promotional items or free gifts
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
- Packages lost due to address errors entered at checkout.

We may update or revise this Refund & Returns Policy as needed.
